  11. 1 colher sopa vinho do Porto
  12. 100 g fruta cristalizada picada
  13. 150 g frutos secos picados grosseiramente
  14. Para a decoração:
  15. 1 ovo batido
  16. q.b. açúcar em pó
  17. q.b. frutas cristalizadas
  18. q.b. amêndoas
  19. q.b. geleia de fruta (usei de marmelo) – opcional

  1. Pré-aquecer o forno a 180ºC.
  2. Numa taça grande colocar todos os ingredientes da massa e misturar muito bem.
  3. De seguida moldar uma bola
  4. Colocar a massa num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal.
  5. Moldar a bola em coroa/aro.
  6. Pincelar toda a massa com o ovo batido.
  7. Colocar as frutas cristalizadas e algumas amêndoas e montinhos de açúcar em pó entre as frutas.
  8. Levar ao forno cerca de 30 a 35 minutos ou até ficar dourado e com o lar assado.
  9. Quando sair do forno pincelar todo o bolo e frutas com a geleia e colocar novamente o açúcar em pó, por cima dos montinhos anteriormente feitos.
