- Envolver cuidadosamente o chantilly com o merengue até ficar um creme.
- Triturar as bolachas.
- Numa taça, colocar camadas alternadas de bolacha e de creme de chantily (a última camada deverá ser de creme)
- Adicionar o doce de ovos e levar ao frigorifico para ficar fresquinho.
