  8. 1 c. de sopa de cacau magro em pó

  12. 1/2 pacote natas (100ml)
  13. 100 g chocolate Pantagruel
  14. rolinhos de chocolate

  1. Unte muito bem uma forma de 20 cm, com margarina e forre com papel vegetal e polvilhe com chocolate em pó. Reserve. Numa tigela à parte bata os ovos com o açúcar até obter uma mistura fofa e volumosa. Acrescente o óleo e bata mais um pouco. Noutra taça, peneire a farinha, o chocolate, o cacau e o fermento. Reserve. Adicione por partes a farinha, envolvendo sem bater, em movimentos de dentro para fora alternadamente com a água quente.
  2. Verta a massa para a forma e leve ao forno durante + ou -35 minutos dependendo dos fornos. Faça o teste do palito. É importante que estejam atentos, não o deixem secar, este bolo quer-se húmido. Entretanto comece a fazer a cobertura, num tacho junte o leite condensado, o chocolate, as natas e o cacau peneirado. Leve ao lume médio, mexendo sempre, até que fique em ponto de brigadeiro (quando a mistura descola do fundo da panela) + ou – 15 minutos.
  3. Depois do bolo frio, desenforme e parta em duas partes, se desejar, e comece a recheá-lo. Depois envolva o bolo com uma folha de acetato, pincele a folha, logo acima do nível do bolo, com óleo de coco, para evitar que o brigadeiro se cole ao acetato. Por fim, espalhe com uma espátula o topo do bolo com a restante cobertura e decore com rolinhos de chocolate.
  4. Leve ao frio durante 3 horas e antes de servir remova o acetato com cuidado. Nota: se gostar do bolo mais húmido, faça uma calda com 1 c. de chá de creme de brigadeiro dissolvida num pouco de água quente e regue o bolo antes de colocar a cobertura.
