  4. Junte as claras em neve com cuidado, agregando com movimentos de cima para baixo de forma que a mistura fique homogênea mas sem perder a aeração das claras.
  5. Coloque em uma forma untada e enfarinhada (**). Asse em forno com temperatura 180º até ficar corado e completamente assado (faça o teste do palito, aqui assou em 35 minutos)
  6. (*) Você encontra amendoim torrado e sem pele nos supermercados. Depois é só bater no pilão ou processador de alimentos. Se preferir compre ele já torrado e moído em casas especializadas de culinária.
  7. (**) Se for intolerante a glúten, enfarinhe com farinha de amendoim.
