  3. Dobrar ligeiramente a base da massa para dentro e dobrar em direção ao centro, manter a emenda da massa virada para baixo.
  4. Passar a massa para a panela, tapar e levar ao forno por 45 minutos. Nos últimos 10 minutos de cozedura retirar a tampa da panela para formar uma crosta bem crocante.
