  7. Numa frigideira, aquecer bem um fio de azeite e colocar o salmão com a pele virada para baixo. Deverá começar logo a crepitar.
  8. Deixar cozinhar cerca de 2 a 3 minutos de cada lado (vai depender da espessura da vossa posta/filete).
