- 150 gr grelos cortados
- 50 ml azeite
- 1/2 cebola picada
- 1 dente alho
- 1 pitada sal

- Passar no pão ralado e fritar em óleo a ferver, colocar em papel absorvente para retirar o excesso de óleo.
- Na panela com os grelos, acrescentar 2 colheres de sopa de polpa de tomate, juntar o feijão cozido e uma chávena de arroz, envolver tudo muito bem e deixar cozinhar por 10 minutos até ficar no ponto ao seu gosto.
- E depois destas etapas o seu repasto estará pronto a degustar e deliciar com este maravilhoso arroz malandrinho de grelos e feijão, com os panados de beringela e o melhor de tudo é que não houve sofrimento animal para você se alimentar bem e com muito sabor e paladar… bom apetite.
