  3. No liquidificador, coloque a cenoura cortada sem casca, o óleo (240ml), e os ovos "inteiros" (2un), açúcar (3/4 xícara) bata muito bem até homogeneizar, por no mínimo 3 minutos. Transfira a massa para uma tigela e adicione a farinha de trigo (1 xícara de chá), e o fermento em pó (meia colher de sopa) misture muito bem.
  4. Transfira a massa para a forma de pudim, espalhando-a bem. Leve para assar em banho-maria, forno pré-aquecido a 200 graus, se preferir, pode colocar papel alumínio por cima. Deixe assar por no mínimo, 1 hora.
