  1. Disponha os pêssegos cortados numa folha de papel, para remover um pouco da humidade e reserve. Neste caso foi para absorver o excesso da calda. Preaqueça o forno a 170ºC (modo ventilação) Forre com papel vegetal e manteiga o fundo e as laterais de uma tarteira de 20 x 25 cm ou de um bolo de 22 cm.   4. Camada de queijo creme: Adicione o queijo creme, o açúcar, a farinha e a raspa de laranja numa taça média. Bata por aproximadamente 2 minutos até ficar cremoso e macio.
