  1. Deite a margarina na taça da C. Companion e deixe derreter a Vel.4 /70ºC /2min. Depois bata a margarina com o açúcar com a lamina amassar/triturar durante Vel. 5/2min. Junte a canela, a raspa do limão, a erva-doce e uma parte da farinha e o leite. Bata na Vel.6/2min. Por fim junte a restante farinha e o leite e bata mais uns minutos na Vel.8 até ficar com uma massa homogénea, mas compacta.
  2. Faça pequenas bolas com as mãos (do tamanho de almôndegas) e disponha num tabuleiro previamente forrado com papel vegetal, tendo o cuidado de deixar alguma distância entre elas. Pode decorar as fogaças com um cortador ao vosso gosto e por fim pincele com a gema de ovo batida. Leve ao forno preaquecido a 180º C durante 15 minutos. Retire e deixe arrefecer antes de as guardar num recipiente.
