  10. Abra a massa com um cilindro, adicionando sempre farinha de trigo Mourisco para evitar que grude na mesa.
  11. Coloque a carne moída em cima dos cantos da massa, feche, corte ao redor para formar uma trouxinha e feche bem para que não abra na hora da fritura
  12. A massa não pode ficar muito fina (dificuldade para fechar o pastel com o recheio). Se ficar muito grossa, pode não assar direito por dentro.
  13. Os pastéis ficaram bem sequinhos e muito saborosos.
  14. Você pode utilizar a mesma massa para váriar os sabores dos pastéis ex: pastel de queijo, peito de frango, sabor pizza, banana com canela, batatinhas… Enfim, use sua criatividade nos recheios.
