  2. Misture a tapioca com o queijo parmesão e reserve.
  3. Com o auxílio de um guardanapo ou um pincel unte uma frigideira antiaderente. Leve a frigideira ao fogo para esquentar.
  4. Quando estiver quente coloque o queijo parmesão misturado com a tapioca e frite por alguns segundos.
  5. Acrescente agora o ovo batido, por cima coloque a muçarela e espere tostar. Vire e toste rapidamente do outro lado (segundos). Transfira para um prato, recheie,, dobre, polvilhe com salsinha picada e sirva. Prontinho, amor !!!
  6. (*) Para saltear legumes leve uma frigideira ao fogo e assim que esquentar acrescente um pouquinho de manteiga. Toste ligeiramente os legumes, tempere com sal e pimenta e reserve. Simples assim !!!
