  2. PARA O RECHEIO: coloque o leite condensado em uma panela, peneire o amido de milho e misture bem com o leite condensado, adicione o creme de leite e misture bem. DICA: se a panela for fina, coloque uma colher de margarina para não grudar no fundo, e se a panela for grossa, não precisa da margarina.
  3. Leve ao fogo médio, mexa até que engrosse e cuidando para não queimar…o ponto é quando você pega com a espátula e o creme cai por cima da outro, formando um montinho.
  4. Transfira o creme para um prato e tampe com filme transparente, fazendo contato do filme transparente com o creme, para não formar bolhas de água, deixe descansar….
  5. Para o ovo: corte o chocolate em pedaços e coloque em um recipiente, leva a banho Maria…primeiramente coloque na panela a água e deixe esquentar. Desligue o fogo e coloque o recipiente do chocolate. Mexa até que o chocolate derreta, cuidando para que o chocolate não faça contato com a água.
  6. Quando derreter, deixar amornar, colocar o chocolate na forma de acetato até chegar na marquinha.
  7. Colocar o silicone e ir espalhando o chocolate, depois coloque a outra parte de acetato de volta para espalhar melhor o chocolate.
  8. Leve ao congelador por 3 minutos, após 3 minutos leve na geladeira até completar o tempo..para saber se esta pronto, dê uma olhada na parte de abaixo, deve estar opaco, caso contrário deixar até ficar.
  9. Retire o silicone e tire as sobras da borda, coloque o creme no ovo.
  10. Eu coloquei chantili porque já tinha (você pode colocar diretamente os granulados), coloque os enfeites no ovo de colher👇
  11. Para ovo de Páscoa eu desenformei e uni uma com outra e coloquei papel alumínio…por último coloquei a embalagem e pronto.
