Retire do fogo, adicione o chocolate e o creme de leite e misture bem. Cubra com filme plástico em contato com o creme e reserve até esfriar.
  2. Calda – Leve ao fogo em uma panela o açúcar e água. Quando iniciar fervura desligue e deixe esfriar.
  3. Cobertura – Em uma batedeira, bata o creme de leite com o Glaçúcar até formar picos firmes. Reserve.
  4. Montagem – Em um refratário, coloque uma camada de bolo, umedeça com a calda, em seguida o creme e as frutas. Mais uma camada de bolo, umedeça com a calda. Cubra o pavê com a cobertura reservada e decore com as frutas. Leve à geladeira por no mínimo 3 horas antes de servir.
