  3. Transfira para uma vasilha e misture o fermento. Acrescente as claras, mexendo suavemente para que os ingredientes se misturem.
  4. Coloque em forminhas de silicone untadas com uma gota de óleo. Asse em forno pré-aquecido 200 graus até estar firme e corado. O tempo pode variar de forno para forno. Aqui em casa demorou 25 minutos.
  5. (*) Se preferir, substitua orégano desidratado, manjericão desidratado ou ervas frescas (salsinha, cebolinha, etc..)
