- Separe as gemas e bata na batedeira com o açúcar, até ficar volumoso. Em um mixer ou liquidificador, bater o milho e o leite, acrescentar na batedeira, continuar batendo e acrescentar o fubá e a farinha de mandioca. Após estar bem misturado, acrescentar a farinha de coco e as claras batidas em neve e o fermento.
- Atenção: após colocar a farinha de coco a massa ficará menos líquida, mais densa, por esse motivo respeitar a medida correta da farinha de coco! Levar ao forno pré aquecido a 180º entre 35 – 40 minutos.
- Para o curau: 200 ml de leite batido com o restante da latinha de milho, leve ao fogo com 01 cs de açúcar demerara, 01 cs de leite em pó e 01 cs de leite de coco em pó, mexa bem até engrossar. Após retirar o bolo, basta colocar por cima!
- Dica: Fica tão fofinho e muito saboroso, uso o milho em conserva cozido no vapor ele é mais doce, mais mole e mais saudável!
