  11. 200 ml leite batido
  12. restante da latinha de milho
  13. 01 colher de sopa açúcar demerara
  14. 01 colher de sopa leite em pó
  15. 01 colher de sopa leite de coco em pó

  1. Separe as gemas e bata na batedeira com o açúcar, até ficar volumoso. Em um mixer ou liquidificador, bater o milho e o leite, acrescentar na batedeira, continuar batendo e acrescentar o fubá e a farinha de mandioca. Após estar bem misturado, acrescentar a farinha de coco e as claras batidas em neve e o fermento.
  2. Atenção: após colocar a farinha de coco a massa ficará menos líquida, mais densa, por esse motivo respeitar a medida correta da farinha de coco! Levar ao forno pré aquecido a 180º entre 35 – 40 minutos.
  3. Para o curau: 200 ml de leite batido com o restante da latinha de milho, leve ao fogo com 01 cs de açúcar demerara, 01 cs de leite em pó e 01 cs de leite de coco em pó, mexa bem até engrossar. Após retirar o bolo, basta colocar por cima!
  4. Dica: Fica tão fofinho e muito saboroso, uso o milho em conserva cozido no vapor ele é mais doce, mais mole e mais saudável!
