  9. 1/2 xícara água com 1 colher de licor de laranja (*)
  10. a gosto granulado para decoração

  1. Dissolva a maizena em um pouco de leite e coloque em uma panela, acrescente os demais ingredientes do creme de baunilha e leve ao fogo em temperatura baixa, mexendo sempre. Quando engrossar, desligue e aguarde esfriar.
  2. Forre uma travessa retangular com uma parte do bolo esfarelado e umedeça levemente com a mistura de água e licor de laranja.
  3. Cubra com metade da camada de creme de baunilha.
  4. Novamente coloque uma camada de bolo esfarelado, umedeça com o restante da água com licor de laranja e cubra com o creme de baunilha. Polvilhe granulado e leve a geladeira por no mínimo 2 horas. Sirva !!!
  5. (*) você pode umedecer o bolo apenas com água ou com sua calda preferida.
