  1. Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC. Pulverize uma forma de bundt com spray desmoldante ou, em alternativa, unte bem com manteiga derretida e polvilhe com farinha ou cacau em pó.

  4. Num processador reduza a beterraba cozida a puré, adicione ao preparado anterior e bata mais um pouco. Junte a pasta de baunilha e volte a bater
  5. Aos poucos, adicione o sal e a farinha peneirada e envolva bem com uma espátula. Junte o cacau e volte a misturar.
  6. Dissolva o bicarbonato de sódio no vinagre e junte depois à massa envolvendo bem com a espátula. Verta a massa na forma e leve ao forno durante 40 minutos.
  7. Faça o teste do palito antes de retirar o bolo do forno, certificando-se de que está cozido.
  8. Retire o bolo do forno e deixe arrefecer na forma durante 10 minutos. Desenforme com cuidado pois fica uma massa bem fofinha, e deixe arrefecer por completo sobre uma grelha.
  9. Nota: reduzi um pouco as quantidades da receita original; – esta receita é para uma forma com a capacidade de 2,4 L. – pode substituir o bicarbonato de sódio e o vinagre por 1 ½ colher de chá de fermento em pó, adicionando-o juntamente com a farinha.
