  2. 225 g farinha de trigo
  3. 225 gr açúcar
  4. 8 ovos
  5. 1 lata leite condensado
  6. 1 lata leite evaporado *
  7. 350 ml leite integral
  8. 1 colher de chá fermento em pó
  9. 1 colher de chá baunilha
  10. Cobertura: Merengue Suíço
  11. 2 claras de ovos
  12. 150 gr açúcar

  1. Reunimos todos os ingredientes e pré-aquecemos o forno a 180 ° C. Batemos os ovos e adicionamos o açúcar aos poucos. Continuamos batendo até a mistura dobrar de tamanho. Adicione a baunilha e continue misturando.

  5. Finalmente, vamos preparar um merengue suíço para cobrir nosso bolo. Separamos as claras e adicionamos 150 g de açúcar, levamos ao banho maria, misturando constantemente com um fouet até todo o açúcar esteja diluído.
