Pique o bolo com um garfo e regue-o com uma parte da calda. Barre com chantilly e distribua alguns bocadinhos de ananás.
  3. Repita o mesmo processo com as restantes partes do bolo. Depois de recheado, barre o bolo todo com o restante chantilly. Coloque as rodelas de ananás e laranja a gosto. Guarde no frigorífico até à altura de servir.
