  3. Coloque a massa em uma fôrma de 28 cm de diâmetro, untada com manteiga, margarina ou desmoldante, não precisa enfarinhar. Polvilhe 1 xícara restante do coco e 1 colher de sopa do açúcar sobre a massa. Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 180° por aproximadamente 1 hora e 10 minutos.
  4. Deixe amornar, desenforme, e é só se deliciar!
