  2. 1/4 de uma cebola + 1/2 colher de sopa picada
  3. 2 dentes alho amassados separados
  4. 1 batata descascada e cortada

  6. a gosto sal e pimenta-do-reino
  7. 1/2 colher de chá gengibre ralado
  8. 1/2 pimenta dedo de moça sem sementes e picada
  9. 1 colher de chá azeite de oliva
  10. 1/2 colher de chá suco de limão
  11. raspas de 1/2 limão

  1. Em uma panela coloque a abóbora, a batata, 1/4 da cebola, 1 dente de alho amassado, a sálvia, o sal e a pimenta-do-reino.
  2. Coloque 1 xícara de água e cozinhe até a batata ficar macia. Se precisar de água acrescente aos poucos.
  3. Retire as folhas de sálvia da panela. Coloque o conteúdo da panela no liquidificador. Bata até ficar cremoso.
  4. Aqueça a panela, coloque o azeite de oliva e refogue 1/2 colher de cebola picada, 1 dente de alho amassado.
  5. Retire o dente de alho. Adicione o conteúdo do liquidificador.
  6. Tempere com sal e pimenta do reino. Coloque o gengibre e a pimenta dedo de moça aos poucos e experimente para ver se está ao seu gosto. Cozinhe por 5 minutos.
  7. Experimente e veja se o gengibre e a pimenta estão a seu gosto. Retire do fogo e acrescente metade das raspas de limão.
  8. Transfira para uma tigela, cubra com filme plástico e leve à geladeira no mínimo por 1 hora.
  9. Retire no momento que for servir. Adicione o suco do limão. Decore com rúcula baby, salsinha ou coentro, pimenta e raspas de limão.
