  9. 3 c. sopa de corante vermelho
  10. 1 c. sopa de essência de baunilha
  11. 1 pitada sal
  12. 1 c. sopa de vinagre de vinho branco
  13. q.b Desmoldante
  14. Cobertura:
  15. 1 embalagem queijo fresco (tipo philadelfia)
  16. 2 xícaras de açúcar de confeiteiro
  17. 3 c. sopa de manteiga sem sal
  18. 1 c. sobremesa de essência de baunilha
  19. Decoração
  20. q.b. Morangos
  21. q.b. Aparas de miolo de bolo (usei a parte de cima que ficou um pouco mais alta)
  22. letras recortadas em massa quebrada

Instructions to make to make Red Velvet

  1. Bolo: Peneire a farinha de trigo, o sal e o bicarbonato. Reserve. Num outro recipiente misture o chocolate em pó, a essência de baunilha e o corante. Reserve.
  2. Na batedeira, bata a manteiga e o açúcar até obter um creme claro e fofo. Acrescente aos poucos os ovos.
  3. Adicione a mistura de chocolate batendo até estar bem misturado
  4. Retire da batedeira, e acrescente aos poucos, intercalando os outros ingredientes secos reservados, o Buttermilk, o vinagre e misture bem com o auxílio de uma colher de pau.
  5. Coloque a mistura na forma ou formas préviamente pulverizadas com Desmoldante, levar a cozer por aproximadamente 40 minutos.
  6. Cobertura: Na batedeira, bata a manteiga com o açúcar até estar tudo bem misturado. Acrescente o queijo fresco, a essência e bata somente o suficiente para obter um creme, não bata muito.
  7. Depois de bem frio abra a meio (eu aparei o bolo a volta para ele ficar com aquele vermelho vivo à mostra) deite um pouco de creme, coloque a outra parte do bolo, deite mais um pouco de creme, decore com morangos e esfarelar um pouco de aparas de bolo por cima.
  8. Medida xícara: 250 ml
  9. Depois de bem frio abra a meio (eu aparei o bolo a volta para ele ficar com aquele vermelho vivo a mostra) deite um pouco de creme, coloque a outra parte do bolo, deite mais um pouco de creme, decore com morangos e esfarelar um pouco de aparas de bolo por cima.
