  2. MASSA: na batedeira coloque os ovos e bata um pouco, adicione o açúcar, o sal, e bata até que dobre de tamanho.
  3. Quando já dobrou de tamanho, desligue a batedeira, peneire a farinha e adicione na batedeira. Misture com um fouet delicadamente. Esse é o momento de adicionar o queijo ralado e misture. (eu esqueci de colocar o queijo 🙈😃).
  4. Por último, coloque o fermento peneirando, misture delicadamente.
  5. Coloque na forma untada e enfarinhada (forma 16 cm e diâmetro)..leve ao forno 180°por 15 minutos.
  6. Eu adicionei por cima o queijo ralado, porque esqueci de colocar na massa 😂. Recomendo misturar na massa…aí está o resultado, ficou bom 👇(deixar esfriar o bolo para colocar a cobertura).
  7. COBERTURA: descasque as batatas e corte na metade, coloque na panela com uma pitada de sal, colocar água quente para acelerar o processo e deixa ferver, até ficar mole.
  8. Faça um purê e depois passe por uma peneira, colocar na batedeira junto com a manteiga e bater até formar um creme.
  9. Adicione o corante gel branco como base e logo pode colocar qualquer cor da sua preferencia…bater até misturar bem. Importante: não coloque margarina, só manteiga…faça como está na receita para ter ótimo resultado.
  10. Tampe com filme plástico transparente e deixe descansar na geladeira, até firmar.
  11. Colocar o chantilly de batata na manga de confeitar com bico de 1M e faça a cobertura. Você pode colorir da cor da sua preferencia…sempre colocar primeiro a cor base que é a cor branca.
