- Obs2; O pão de queijo congela muito bem. Para isso é preciso congelar em aberto. Coloque os pãezinhos na forma e leve para o freezer. Quando estiverem congelados passe para um saco de congelamento e deixe no freezer por até 3 meses (nunca dura isso tudo). Para assa-los basta colocar numa assadeira, congelados mesmo, e levar ao forno.
